How we work
Every trauma therapy client starts with an assessment which will include filling out a series of forms and sending them back. This is usually achieved by us sending you a link to complete but let your trauma therapist know if you need the forms printing or sending via email as a complete document.
Once we have your assessment paperwork back your therapist will contact you to arrange an assessment. This usually takes between 1-3 sessions depending on the nature and complexity of the trauma. From the assessment your trauma therapist will put together a treatment plan that takes into consideration your goals and they will direct you from there.
