About me
I am a dedicated and compassionate trauma therapist helping individuals overcome the impact of trauma. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices with a genuine commitment to fostering healing, strength and resilience.
Mission
My mission is to provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals to remove the symptoms that prevent them living a healthy, happy and fulfilled life and to process their experiences – ultimately promoting healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of well-being. It can be quite anxiety provoking coming to therapy, especially if this is your first time. I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have, giving you the opportunity to decide if therapy with me is for you, with no obligation to continue.
Therapeutic Approach
I use a client-focused and strength-based approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. Drawing from suitable Trauma processes, Flash Technique, and Mindfulness, I work collaboratively with clients to promote self-awareness, decrease their PTSD symptoms and empower them on their journey to recovery.

My aim is to use my skills and proven trauma processes to work with you to achieve your goals, build self confidence, self esteem and to give you your life back. To allow you a safe space to achieve a more emotionally balanced you depending on your goals and needs.
